Based on the recommendation of GST Council in its 47th Meeting, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) has released a Concept Paper on comprehensive changes in Form GSTR-3B along with a Draft Form GSTR-3B and instruction thereto for seeking suggestion of the stakeholders on the same.
GST & Indirect Taxes Committee is in the process of compiling suggestions on Draft Form GSTR-3B and instruction thereto. The suggestions so compiled would be discussed and thereafter shall be submitted to the CBIC for due consideration. Accordingly, we request you to share your suggestions latest by 31st August, 2022.
